- Applicability of German VAT Our company is subject to German Value Added Tax (“VAT”, Mehrwertsteuer / Umsatzsteuer). Supplies and services performed in Germany are generally subject to the statutory VAT rate applicable at the time of supply. Our VAT Identification Number (USt-IdNr.) is:

- Invoices For taxable supplies, invoices issued by us will show:
- net amount;
- applicable VAT rate;
- VAT amount;
- gross total;
- our full company details and VAT ID.
- Deliveries within the European Union
- For deliveries to consumers within the EU, German VAT or, where required by applicable “destination country” rules, the VAT rate of the customer’s country may apply.
- For cross-border supplies to taxable businesses in other EU Member States, the reverse-charge mechanism may apply if legal requirements are met and a valid VAT ID is provided. In such cases, the invoice may be issued without VAT, and the recipient must account for VAT in their Member State.
- Deliveries Outside the EU For exports to customers outside the EU, supplies may be zero-rated in Germany if all legal requirements and documentary evidence for export are fulfilled. Local import duties and taxes in the country of destination are borne by the customer.
- Small Business and Threshold Rules Where applicable, we comply with relevant German and EU VAT rules, including registration thresholds and special schemes. These rules may change from time to time; we therefore reserve the right to adjust our VAT treatment and invoicing accordingly.
